Clermont Foot vs Rodez Ligue 2 match preview, Digi Mart USA News: As part of Round 12 of Ligue 2, Rodez Aveyron Football travels to Clermont-Ferrand on Saturday, November 7, to face Clermont Foot at the Gabriel-Montpied stadium. The Massif Central derby gives Rodez the chance to build on its two consecutive wins, a 2-1 victory at Dijon and a 1-0 win over Dunkirk at the Paul-Lignon stadium.
Rodez could make it three straight wins against a Clermont side that sits in last place after eleven matches without a victory, with eight draws and three defeats. Emerick Darbelet has led Rodez for the third time in a row while Didier Santini recovers, and the players can reasonably aim to bring back a positive result from Auvergne.
Rodez coach Emerick Darbelet noted that “the standings sometimes reflect a situation, but not necessarily what happens within the team and what it produces.” The Sang et Or have been warned.
The match against Clermont Foot kicks off at 2 p.m. local time.
