Wisconsin vs. Rutgers football game, Digi Mart USA News: The Wisconsin Badgers take on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights on Saturday, looking to bounce back from a 30-0 loss to the Iowa Hawkeyes. Wisconsin had its worst outing of the season, rushing for just 52 yards, while neither of its quarterbacks reached 100 passing yards.

Colton Joseph was benched in favor of true freshman Ryan Hopkins, and the defense allowed Iowa’s Hank Brown to throw for 222 yards and two touchdowns on 20 of 24 passing. It marked Wisconsin’s fifth straight loss to Iowa, four of which came under head coach Luke Fickell.

Now the Badgers must regroup for a late-season bounce back, starting with Rutgers. The Scarlet Knights are 2-6 overall and 1-4 in conference play, with their two wins coming over Howard and Maryland.

They have lost their last two games, to Northwestern and Michigan. Rutgers was blown out by 28 points by the Wildcats before losing by one touchdown to the Wolverines last weekend.
