Prince Harry and Prince Harry, Digi Mart USA News (London, United Kingdom): Prince Harry and several other well-known figures are appealing a summer court ruling that went against them in their lawsuit against ANL, the publisher of the tabloid Daily Mail.

A group of seven well-known people sued ANL, alleging that the company hired private investigators and used mobile phone interception to snoop into their private lives.

However, the High Court in London dismissed the celebrities’ lawsuit in July due to a lack of evidence, and the celebrities were ordered to pay 9.5 million pounds to ANL.

According to a spokesperson for the group, the prince and the others, including Elton John, Liz Hurley, David Furnish, Sadie Frost, Simon Hughes and Doreen Lawrence, an antiracism activist whose son was murdered in south London in 1993, are now appealing the judgment. Sky News reported the development.
