Patriots vs. Packers home game live updates, Digi Mart USA News (Foxborough, Massachusetts): After bouncing back from a loss in Chicago with a win in Miami last week, the Patriots return home on Sunday to face another NFC North opponent, the Green Bay Packers.
New England needed a brilliant second half from Drake Maye to recover from a 13-3 halftime deficit in South Florida, improving the Patriots to 5-3. Green Bay is also 5-3 after beating the Panthers last week, and Packers quarterback Jordan Love leads the NFL with 2,246 passing yards this season, or 280.8 per game.
The Patriots will be without wide receiver A.J. Brown, who is dealing with knee and ankle issues, and running back TreVeyon Henderson, who was ruled out for an illness that he disclosed this week involved unexpected medical emergency and unexplained neurological issues.
The Packers are missing linebacker Zaire Franklin, who has a shin injury, and edge rusher Micah Parsons, who returned to practice this week as he recovers from ACL surgery but is not yet ready to play.
The Patriots will also celebrate the 2016 championship team on Sunday. The weekend also featured Rob Gronkowski’s induction into the Patriots Hall of Fame and Tom Brady’s first return to Foxborough as a broadcaster.
Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m. at Gillette Stadium and will be broadcast on Fox.
