Mexico City weather forecast for November 3, 2026, Digi Mart USA News (Mexico City): The National Meteorological Service (SMN) has reported the weather outlook for Mexico City on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

During the morning, partly cloudy skies are expected, with cold conditions across the region and very cold temperatures in high-elevation areas, where fog banks are likely.

In the afternoon, temperatures are expected to range from mild to warm, with partly cloudy skies and no rain forecast for Mexico City.

The estimated maximum temperature will be between 24 and 26 degrees, while the minimum could range between 9 and 11 degrees. Winds from the north are expected at 10 to 20 kilometers per hour, with gusts of up to 30 kilometers per hour.

Low temperatures have put residents on alert to avoid seasonal illnesses and other risks. Authorities at the Secretariat of Integral Risk Management and Civil Protection (SGIRPC) have issued recommendations for the cold, including wearing several layers of clothing with an outer layer that blocks wind, covering the nose and mouth when outdoors, and avoiding sudden temperature changes.

Officials also advise ensuring proper ventilation when using braziers, fireplaces or portable stoves indoors to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning, staying hydrated, and eating foods rich in vitamins A and C. Special attention should be given to children under five, older adults, people with chronic illnesses, and those living in precarious conditions.

Pets should not be left outdoors during cold early mornings, and residents are urged to follow alerts from the SGIRPC and other official bodies if a severe cold warning is issued.
