The goal is to strengthen women’s economic leadership and expand the internationalization opportunities of their companies.

The agreement, signed on November 5 in Madrid, lays the groundwork for developing business networks, exchanging knowledge and promoting joint projects that contribute to the growth and consolidation of women-led companies.

The signing was led by Jacqueline García Vázquez, president of CCME Estado de México, and Ivette Barreto Palacios, president of AMEIB. María Ofelia Santiago López, AMEIB’s international relations manager, and Ingrid L.

Orozco Fernández, CEO and president of ULead International, attended as witnesses.

During the meeting, García Vázquez said the link would expand growth possibilities for Mexican businesswomen. “We were looking for silver and found gold,” she said, referring to the alignment of objectives between the two organizations.

She noted that CCME has more than 12 years of history and presence in several Mexican states, where it promotes the development of women entrepreneurs. She added that the alliance offers an opportunity to open the way for new generations and facilitate their access to international markets.

Barreto Palacios said the agreement will allow both associations to combine capabilities, experience and resources for the benefit of their members. “Together we will be unstoppable,” she said, stressing that business meetings should translate into lasting relationships and shared projects.

Santiago López, who has 32 years of experience in Ibero-America, said the collaboration represents a platform for driving economic and social transformation through responsible and inclusive female leadership.

Orozco Fernández said the agreement will help build a bridge of opportunities between Mexico, Spain and the Ibero-American business community, with the potential for concrete commercial ties and new projects.

Commitments include participation by Mexican businesswomen in international meetings, the organization of training sessions, conferences and forums, the exchange of best practices, and the development of initiatives in entrepreneurship, innovation and competitiveness.

AMEIB, founded in 2008, maintains a business cooperation network between Spain and Ibero-American countries focused on female entrepreneurship and international business.

Other participants in the Madrid activities included Claudia Sánchez, Ivett Montes de Oca, Beatriz Figueroa and Diana Mancilla Álvarez, publisher-president of DigitalMex.

With this agreement, both organizations aim to turn international cooperation into concrete business opportunities and strengthen the presence of Mexican women entrepreneurs in Ibero-America’s economic development.
