Moulaye N’Diaye fraud case, Digi Mart USA News (Paris, France): A 33-year-old French footballer born in Paris is the target of roughly 15 complaints for fraud, extortion, money laundering and voluntary violence against several women he met at upscale nightclubs in the Champs-Élysées district, according to Le Parisien as reported by ladepeche.fr.

Moulaye N’Diaye’s profile on the Transfermarkt website lists a career spanning France, England, Portugal, Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, Kosovo and, more recently, Luxembourg. According to the complainants, however, he never played professionally.

According to 17 complainants in total, the man presented himself as a professional player in Düsseldorf, Germany, and said he was about to join a club in Qatar. Le Parisien reports that he allegedly stole nearly €100,000 worth of jewelry from an independent businesswoman.

A 24-year-old woman accuses him of rape at her home, and of defrauding her of more than €1,000 through a story about a transfer rejected by her German bank, supported by a fake proof of transfer shown to the victim.

In comments to the national daily, the young woman said he reassured her that he earned €30,000 a month and that money was not a problem for him, and that she only had to be patient.

In a recent interview with M6, N’Diaye said he asked the women for money and they lent it to him of their own accord. He also said that most of the money he received was spent with them at restaurants and nightclubs.

The total alleged in the reporting is about €150,000 from roughly 15 women. These allegations have not been independently verified, and N’Diaye’s account is his own statement.
