OZZFEST Mexico 2027 festival, Digi Mart USA News (Mexico): OZZFEST, the well-known festival created by Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, Sharon, is coming to Mexico in 2027, a development that has excited metal and rock fans. Social media users have discussed which bands they would most like to see on the festival stage in Mexico for the first time.

Several pages have also speculated about which bands could come to the country on the festival dates. The festival is announced for Saturday, September 18, 2027, at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, with confirmation reported on November 5, 2026.

The presale will begin Friday, November 6, 2026, with a first phase called “Early Bat,” a reference to Ozzy Osbourne’s famous bat scene. According to the fan page Summa Inferno, bands considered among the most anticipated and whose tour dates coincide with the festival were named, though the publisher notes these predictions have not been confirmed by the festival.

Some users were not satisfied with these predictions, and the article notes that the official festival will need to announce the lineup. The festival is described as the only typical metal festival option for Mexican fans since the cancellation of Hell and Heaven.

OZZFEST began in 1996 with Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne after the singer was excluded from Lollapalooza for not fitting the music of the moment. Ozzy Osbourne closed the festival in its early years, and over time it featured bands such as Slayer, Sepultura and Biohazard.

Although it was cancelled due to scheduling issues, it remains in the collective memory as one of the best festivals held around the world.
