OLA STADIUM mobility media sports content Mexico, Digi Mart USA News (Mexico): Getting an advertising campaign into media has never been easier, yet capturing consumer attention has become one of the advertising industry’s biggest challenges. OLA Media says it has found an answer in daily commutes by turning Uber and DiDi rides into entertainment moments, with premium content shown on thousands of digital screens installed in the back seats of vehicles.
The company is now taking the concept further with OLA STADIUM, which it describes as the largest stadium in Mexico in motion. The concept was presented at Brand100 to brands and advertisers.
OLA Media describes it as a stadium without stands or walls that moves through cities, delivering sports content and experiences to millions of people as they travel through Mexican streets at no cost to them.
According to the company, sports interest in Mexico is widespread and is consumed across many screens regardless of age, gender or personal preference. OLA STADIUM offers content from well-known competitions in Mexico and abroad, including football, American football, boxing, baseball, motorsport and more.
Formats include live broadcasts, scoreboards, statistics, interviews, news, creator content, games, trivia and polls.
OLA Media compares OLA STADIUM with a conventional stadium. A professional stadium has about 50,000 seats, while OLA STADIUM reaches millions of trips.
A stadium opens a few hours a week, while OLA STADIUM is present every day. A stadium stays in one place and waits for its audience, while OLA STADIUM goes to where fans are.
The company also says a stadium focuses on one sport, while OLA STADIUM brings together all of them.
Jonathan Fernández Calle, Marketing and Commercial Director of OLA Media, said that buying an advertising campaign in media had never been easier, while getting consumer attention had never been more difficult. He said OLA STADIUM brings premium sports content to cities and opens new opportunities for brands to connect with people through an experience they want to continue.
OLA Media reported that in June 2026 it pioneered broadcasting the FIFA World Cup through mobility media, transmitting 32 matches and reaching 19 million people in Mexico who watched World Cup content on their screens. For comparison, the company says the millions of people reached by OLA STADIUM are comparable to the cumulative attendance at NFL stadiums during the full 2025 regular season (18.7 million) and the Clausura 2026 tournament of Liga MX (3.91 million).
For brands, the company says the platform offers a different kind of opportunity, since they can be part of what it calls the largest moving stadium in Mexico and connect with fans during trips that average more than 30 minutes. Brands can also align with moments of the sports calendar through content, experiences and interaction rather than only an advertising space.
OLA Media describes OLA STADIUM as one of its major bets for 2027 within mobility media, a form of advertising in motion that seeks to integrate high-quality content into the mobility experience. David Lamadrid, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of OLA Media, said the company is transforming existing infrastructure into a new dimension of entertainment, with the opportunity lying in connecting with consumers through content and interaction rather than only buying ad space.
