on France 2 and france.tv, Cyril Féraud hosts a new episode of “100 % logique,” the observation and common-sense game show, with guests Gwendal Marimoutou, Tibo InShape and Julia Martin.
The show’s appeal rests on a simple promise: no general knowledge or encyclopedic facts are required. Contestants must observe, deduce and reason.
According to the publisher, an 8-year-old has as much chance of winning as an 80-year-old, making it a family program to watch and play together.
One hundred candidates compete to go as far as possible. At the start of the broadcast, each receives 1,000 euros.
With every wrong answer, a contestant is eliminated and their stake is added to the overall jackpot. Questions progress from the most accessible, which 95% of French people can answer, to the most difficult, reserved for the 1% of the population able to solve them.
The last remaining contestant may attempt the final question and win a jackpot that can reach 100,000 euros. Adapted from a British format and produced by BBC Studios France, the show has become a Saturday-night fixture on France 2 and has recorded several audience records over successive seasons.
Féraud brings a complicit, playful tone to the program.
France.tv also offers an interactive quiz with a daily question and a weekly game of ten questions. The show has inspired official puzzle books that use the same logic-based principle, allowing viewers to test the format at home.
