On Saturday, November 7, vehicles with hologram 1 and odd-numbered license plates ending in 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 will not be permitted to circulate. All vehicles with hologram 2 and all out-of-state vehicles are also restricted.
The program runs from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
It regulates traffic flow and aims to reduce emissions across the 16 boroughs of Mexico City and 18 municipalities of the State of Mexico that make up the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico.
According to the most recent air quality report, no contingency phase is currently in effect.
