Khalis Merah and Noham Kamara France U20 call-up, Digi Mart USA News: Olympique Lyonnais players Khalis Merah and Noham Kamara have been called up to the France U20 squad for the November training camp. The two players will report to Clairefontaine from November 9 to 15.
Merah recently started for Lyon on Thursday evening in a 1-1 draw at Real Sociedad in the Europa League. Kamara has seen limited playing time but did get his first minutes during Lyon’s heavy defeat at Hoffenheim.
Under coach Bernard Diomède, the France U20 side will play a double fixture against Denmark U20 at Clairefontaine. The first match is scheduled for Thursday, November 12 at 5:00 p.m., and the second for Sunday, November 15 at 2:00 p.m.
The matches are intended to help the Bleuets bounce back after a previous camp that ended with three defeats.
