TV shows to watch after Prime Video's Off Campus: Fans of the hockey romance can explore sports dramas, college stories and coming-of-age series such as All American, The Sex Lives of College Girls, Felicity, Heated Rivalry and One Tree Hill while they wait for Season 2.

TV shows to watch after Prime Video’s Off Campus, Digi Mart USA News: Amazon Prime Video’s hockey drama “Off Campus” is another popular addition to the streamer’s growing young adult lineup. Series such as “The Summer I Turned Pretty” and “Sterling Point,” along with the “My Fault” trilogy of films, have cemented Prime Video as a leading home for teen content.

“Off Campus” follows Hannah Wells (Ella Bright) and Garrett Graham (Belmont Cameli), a music major and a hockey player, who begin fake dating to make Hannah’s crush jealous. The first season focuses on their love story, especially as Hannah tries a new music genre and Garrett deals with the pressure of being team captain and an impending professional contract.

A second season of “Off Campus” is set to arrive in April 2027, leaving time to rewatch the first season. Viewers looking for other options can explore sports dramas, intense hockey series and female-led coming-of-age stories.

Football takes center stage in “All American,” which follows high school player Spencer James (Daniel Ezra) as he is recruited by a more affluent school. He grew up in South Los Angeles, but a Beverly Hills school wants him, and he struggles to fit into both worlds.

Like “Off Campus,” the series deals with relationship problems, competitive teammates and career pressure as Spencer moves from high school player to NFL rookie.

Spencer and Garrett both face the stress of building professional sports careers. Garrett’s pressure comes from his father, a professional hockey player, and his team, while Spencer’s comes from all sides, especially since his new school is taking a chance on him with a scholarship.

The series is an ideal watch for those who enjoyed Garrett’s perspective in “Off Campus.”

“All American” is a long-running sports drama with a large ensemble cast, and it runs for over 100 episodes across eight seasons. A spin-off, “All American: Homecoming,” follows Simone (Geffri Maya), a Beverly Hills student who heads to college in Atlanta with a renewed purpose to become a professional tennis player.

HBO Max’s “The Sex Lives of College Girls” follows four freshman women as they experience the highs and lows of college. Assigned as suitemates in the dorms, they come from very different backgrounds but lean on each other as they overcome dating troubles, parental pressure and self-discovery.

The show covers their first three semesters at Essex College, a Vermont university clearly modeled on an Ivy League school like Harvard.

Like “Off Campus,” “Sex Lives” centers on women in college, with strong female friendships as they navigate romance and seek success in creative fields. In “Off Campus,” Allie (Mika Abdalla) works toward becoming a professional actress with an unsupportive partner, while in “Sex Lives,” Bela (Amrit Kaur) aspires to a career in comedy, though her parents want her to become a doctor.

Although the HBO Max show ended after three seasons, it closes on a cohesive note that emphasizes friendship and individuality. Fans of “Off Campus” will appreciate its themes of acceptance and its commentary on sexism, as Bela secures a role in the campus comedy magazine.

The show also includes a notable theater moment toward the end of Season 3.

“Felicity” is a show for viewers who want to follow a crush to college in New York. The title character, played by Keri Russell, is meant to take pre-med classes at Stanford, but she changes her plans after her high school crush signs her yearbook at graduation.

The series follows her college years as she makes new friends, documents her life on cassette tapes and grows up.

“Felicity” resonates with fans who enjoyed watching Hannah discover herself. Felicity moves to New York to follow a boy but soon realizes she wants to make the move for herself and find her identity.

Both young women leave home to enter unfamiliar environments that push them to grow, and the series also features a love triangle that makes it harder to choose whom to root for.

Hannah is the most obvious comparison to Felicity, but Allie shares similarities as well. Allie feels pressure from her long-time boyfriend to pursue a more “serious” career, much as Felicity’s parents hold high expectations for her.

Both must overcome those pressures and focus on what matters to them, even if it upsets their loved ones.

“Heated Rivalry” tells the multi-year love story of Ilya Rozanov (Connor Storrie) and Shane Hollander (Hudson Williams), two professional hockey players who first connect at the draft. Over the years they have several sexual encounters, regularly text each other and eventually fall in love.

As the first and second picks in their draft year, they face an intense media-driven rivalry, so they keep their relationship secret from teammates and the press.

“Off Campus” and “Heated Rivalry” both focus on hockey but explore different facets of the sport. “Heated Rivalry” highlights the heteronormativity of the league, since there are no outwardly queer players until Scott Hunter (François Arnaud) comes out.

“Off Campus” focuses on the physical and sometimes aggressive nature of players in the heat of the game. Both feature men who become more reflective through their romantic relationships.

Like “Off Campus,” the Canadian series is based on a popular hockey romance book series, so viewers can read the books while waiting for Season 2. Fans who loved Allie and Dean’s (Stephen Kalyn) Halloween party dance scene will likely enjoy the viral club scene between Shane and Ilya.

“One Tree Hill” follows Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) and Nathan (James Lafferty), two high school basketball teammates and rivals. Lucas is initially poised to take Nathan’s starting position.

Off the court, they share a romantic interest and deal with family problems stemming from their shared biological father. Over time they become friends, but the journey there is difficult.

Like “All American,” “One Tree Hill” follows its characters from high school into college, though it focuses more on brotherhood, especially because the two are adversarial half-brothers. Its themes resemble the conversations between Garrett and John Logan (Antonio Cipriano) about pressure to perform and secure a professional contract.

The parallels grow as John Logan is shown to have a crush on Hannah, which has lasted for some time.

The CW series suits “Off Campus” fans who liked the dynamic between the main male characters. Both shows illustrate how sports can bring young men together or drive them apart, depending on how stress affects their personal relationships.

With nearly 200 episodes, “One Tree Hill” allows that story to unfold in a way that modern eight-episode seasons cannot.
