Delcampe data breach affects members’ purchase information, Digi Mart USA News: Some members of Delcampe, the online marketplace used by collectors of stamps, postcards and coins, are affected by a data breach. The company notified them by email that files containing their personal data were downloaded without authorization overnight between November 5 and 6, 2026.

Delcampe is operated by the Belgian company Delcampe International. According to the email, the incident does not affect all users, but the company did not say how many members are affected.

After the cyberattack, it said it had blocked the affected access and secured the files, and that it found no account compromises.

According to Delcampe, the files may contain account identifiers and usernames, first and last names, account language and delivery postal addresses. They may also include details of some purchases, such as items bought, dates and prices.

The company said members’ real email addresses were not exposed thanks to its intermediate email addresses.

The company added that passwords, phone numbers, payment data and bank details were protected. The email did not name the person responsible for the access and did not mention notification to a data protection authority.

Combining these details is what makes the leak sensitive. A message citing a collector’s name, the item they bought and the price paid can appear credible.

Delcampe has therefore urged members to be wary of fraudulent messages that refer to their purchases or deliveries.
