Rolex Paris Masters quarterfinal schedule Friday: organizers have released the matchups, with Ben Shelton facing Tommy Paul and Luca Van Assche meeting Rinky Hijikata in the day session, while Carlos Alcaraz could face Arthur Fils or Taylor Fritz in the evening.

Rolex Paris Masters quarterfinal schedule Friday, Digi Mart USA News: Organizers have released Friday’s match schedule for the Rolex Paris Masters, with two distinct sessions. Ben Shelton and Luca Van Assche will open play before an evening that could deliver a highly anticipated clash between Carlos Alcaraz and Arthur Fils.

The quarterfinal schedule has featured several matchups well worth watching. From 2 p.m., fans at the Plenitude Arena center court will see an all-American duel as Ben Shelton, the No. 3 seed and a hard-fought winner over Arthur Rinderknech, faces Tommy Paul, who is still in the hunt for a spot at the ATP Finals.

Luca Van Assche will return to the court where he triumphed on Thursday against Lorenzo Musetti. He will face Rinky Hijikata for the first time, with both players contesting their very first quarterfinal at a Masters 1000 event.

For the evening session, the first matchup could be the most anticipated clash of the week. Carlos Alcaraz, through after Matteo Berrettini’s withdrawal, awaits either Arthur Fils or Taylor Fritz.

If Fils advances, the match could be explosive, as it would be the first meeting between the two men in a year and a half.

Fritz would be on a mission to secure his ticket to Turin, as a semifinal berth would allow him to overtake Rafael Jodar, the last player virtually qualified for the ATP Finals. The day’s final match will see lucky loser Nuno Borges take on Casper Ruud or Jan-Lennard Struff.
