Hyatt Grand Hyatt expansion Caribbean Mexico resorts, Digi Mart USA News: Hyatt Hotels Corporation will accelerate the expansion of its Grand Hyatt brand in Mexico and the Caribbean with the opening of three new luxury resorts scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. The strategy includes two properties operating under an all-inclusive format, reinforcing the company’s all-inclusive offering in the Americas.
The three destinations offer differentiated propositions aimed at premium beachfront relaxation as well as golf and wellness tourism. Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa is located at the southern end of the famous Seven Mile Beach, about ten minutes from Owen Roberts International Airport.
The complex will focus on water experiences such as snorkeling, paddle surfing and oceanfront pools.
Its accommodations include standard rooms as well as oceanfront suites with integrated kitchens, two-bedroom villas and three-bedroom residences designed for multigenerational travel.
Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort will be a significant addition to the chain’s all-inclusive portfolio, located in the exclusive Puerto Cancun area. All rooms and suites will have private balconies overlooking the marina or the Caribbean Sea.
The resort’s major novelty will be its Sanctuary room category, which will feature private plunge pools.
Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa is located on the Pacific coast of Mexico within the Oleada Pacific Living & Golf development. This all-inclusive resort is scheduled to open next December.
The complex will have 301 accommodations, including 57 oceanfront suites and 42 rooms with direct pool access or swim-out design, as well as 11 dining options, six pools and an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ernie Els.
With this triple expansion, Hyatt diversifies its options in the Caribbean and Mexico, allowing travelers to choose between a classic beach stay in Grand Cayman, an all-inclusive experience in the Mexican Caribbean, or a golf and wellness vacation in Baja California Sur.
