Laeticia Hallyday Miami residence, Digi Mart USA News: Laeticia Hallyday has chosen Miami as her new primary residence with her daughter Joy. According to information from Closer, the widow of Johnny Hallyday rented an apartment with an Atlantic view in a chic neighborhood of the city, nearly 3,800 kilometers from Los Angeles.

Her eldest daughter, Jade, continues to divide her time between Los Angeles and Paris. The move follows a stay in Saint-Barthélemy, where mother and daughter paid tribute to Johnny for All Saints’ Day and had lunch at Karibuni on Pinel Island, off Saint-Martin.

The lease was due to take effect on Thursday, November 5, according to the weekly magazine.

Laeticia had no home of her own in California since a fire destroyed her Los Angeles villa in January 2025. She had been staying with Jade and Joy at a small property in Malibu that Johnny had once bought.

Single since the summer, she is now changing coasts.

Miami is considerably closer to Saint-Barthélemy, where Johnny’s grave is located and where Laeticia regularly stays, than California is. According to Closer, the cost of living is lower than in Los Angeles, and the flight to Paris is about two hours shorter.

Joy, 18, is expected to spend her gap year in Miami with her mother.

Laeticia recently traveled to Paris to meet record labels and producers who could support Joy’s start in music. Jade, 22, continues her artistic studies in Los Angeles.

Laeticia is also working on her own projects, including searching for a new ghostwriter for her memoirs and developing a musical about Johnny, planned for the tenth anniversary of his death on December 5, 2027. Following the end of her collaboration with Thomas Jolly, she has yet to name a director for the show.
