Stellantis Mexico reorganization, Digi Mart USA News (Mexico City): Stellantis Mexico has announced a new organizational structure that includes changes in manufacturing, human resources, government relations and commercial brand leadership. The appointments take effect immediately and form part of the company’s operational evolution, aligned with its global FaSTLAne 2030 strategy.

The reorganization aims to give Stellantis’s regional operations greater autonomy, strengthen collaboration among its areas and improve its ability to respond to the needs of the Mexican market. The new structure will be led by Daniel Alejandro González, CEO of Stellantis Mexico, to whom the heads of the various areas will report directly.

In manufacturing, the company appointed Víctor Medina as VP of Assembly Plant Manufacturing, while José Pagano will take on the role of VP of Engine Plant Manufacturing. Both appointments establish specific leaders for assembly and engine production operations within the national structure.

Ana Laura Dorantes was named VP of Human Resources, Business Partners and Human Resources Centers of Excellence for Stellantis Mexico. Noemí Andrade will hold the position of VP of Human Resources and Labor Relations for Manufacturing, with responsibilities focused on this area of industrial operations.

The structure also includes changes to institutional and commercial roles. Joaquín Álava will assume the Directorate of Government Relations, while Mariana Lavigne will serve as Director of Marketing and Advertising, and also as Director of Leapmotor Mexico.

In brand leadership, David Martínez will head Jeep and Dodge, while Mariana López will take on responsibilities for FIAT and Alfa Romeo Mexico.

As part of the reorganization, Stellantis Mexico will establish a cluster for the group’s Italian brands, to be led by Jesús Rodríguez, who will continue serving as Commercial VP of Stellantis Mexico. This structure will group responsibilities related to the Italian brands under a single leadership.

The company said the changes respond to the evolution of its business and are aligned with FaSTLAne 2030, the five-year global strategic plan driven by Antonio Filosa, CEO of Stellantis. The strategy calls for an organization with greater regional autonomy and closer coordination among its areas to address the conditions of each market.

In parallel, the company reported the conclusion of the professional careers of Rafael Paz and Carlos Rivera, who are leaving Stellantis after 30 and 33 years of service, respectively. The company acknowledged the contributions of both executives, as well as their commitment and participation in the development of the organization during their respective tenures.

With this new structure, Stellantis Mexico is reorganizing its main operational, administrative and commercial areas, with changes in leadership for assembly and engine manufacturing, talent management, government relations and brand management. The appointments take effect immediately and form part of the internal adjustments the automaker is implementing under its FaSTLAne 2030 strategy.
