Les Enfants du secret on France 3, Digi Mart USA News (Bordeaux, France): France 3 will broadcast the thriller Les Enfants du secret on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 9:10 p.m. The made-for-television film centers on a mystery built around a family secret and a long-buried tragedy.
The story begins at the inauguration of the crypt of the Basilica of Saint-Michel in Bordeaux. Sabine, an archaeologist, unearths a skeleton wearing a red dress.
She soon learns that the remains belong to her own mother, Flore, who was officially declared dead in an accident thirty-five years earlier.
The Bordeaux police initially lean toward an accidental death, but inconsistencies begin to accumulate. Sabine, deeply shaken, decides to trace a past her family had worked to keep silent.
As the investigation advances, family secrets surface, including unspoken truths, lies and compromises with the facts. The film blends personal suspense with Sabine’s search for the circumstances of her mother’s death, which also becomes a search for her own origins.
The production follows a familiar format for France 3, combining a police investigation, a family drama and a regional setting. Bordeaux and its heritage provide the backdrop, and the narrative is driven by a determined woman who refuses the official version of events.
The broadcast is presented as a prime-time evening built around suspense and emotion, according to the publisher’s description. The source does not disclose the ending.
