Le Voyageur France 3 reruns and new episodes, Digi Mart USA News: France 3 is devoting its Saturday evening to the series Le Voyageur, but fans will have to settle for reruns of the drama starring Bruno Debrandt. The broadcast comes on the same night as a rugby match between France and Fiji on TF1, the 8000th episode of N’oubliez pas les paroles on France 2, and the Star Academy prime-time slot that was replaced.
After airing a new episode of Le Voyageur on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 9:10 p.m., France 3 is broadcasting a rerun on November 7. The channel is showing season 2, episode 7, titled “Le Danseur de verre,” followed at 10:40 p.m.
by season 1, episode 4, “Le Village assassiné.”
According to Anne Holmes, director of programs and French fiction at France Télévisions, the choice is about cost. Speaking to Puremédias in 2024, she said: “It’s a question of cost.
It’s almost a slot that is a victim of its success.” She also said that the difference in audience between a new episode and a rerun is not significant, so the strategy helps the network reduce costs and or invest in other projects.
Fans can take heart that new episodes of Le Voyageur are in production. So far, the channel has aired only two episodes of season 4: “Le Jardin du diable” on November 29, 2025, and “Le Sentier perdu” on October 31, 2026.
Actor Bruno Debrandt explained the long gap to Télé 7 Jours: “These are programming choices. But the series has not disappeared!
We have since shot four episodes and are even filming a fifth.” Season 4 has six episodes in total, four of which have no broadcast date on France 3 yet. The story will be followed as more information becomes available.
