Lale Gül said in early September that she was dating someone from the Dutch showbiz world, but no relationship developed, she said on the podcast Jasmine en de Kritische Stemmen.
In conversation with reporter Jasmine van Dijk of Nieuws van de Dag, the writer says the man she was seeing wanted to become a father. She herself thinks differently for now.
“I absolutely do not want children. At least not in the next five years.
I’m really not waiting for that right now,” the writer said. She says she has several other plans and does not feel ready for parenthood at this time.
“That would be very difficult with a child.”
