Nature et Terroir salon in Saint-Martin-lez-Tatinghem, Digi Mart USA News (Saint-Martin-lez-Tatinghem, Pas-de-Calais, France): The 23rd edition of the Nature et Terroir fair will take place on November 14 and 15 in Saint-Martin-lez-Tatinghem, in the Pas-de-Calais department of northern France. The event is organized by the Ligue pour la protection des oiseaux Hauts-de-France (LPO Hauts-de-France), Pas-de-Calais delegation, to promote local and artisanal products.
This year, 40 exhibitors will be present at the Anicet-Choquet hall on Place Cotillon-Belin in Saint-Martin-lez-Tatinghem. In addition to local product displays, several environmental organizations will attend to present their work, including the Parc naturel des Caps et Marais d’Opale, the Conservatoire d’Espaces Naturels des Hauts-de-France, and the LPO Hauts-de-France.
The LPO Hauts-de-France plans to present its wildlife rescue network for distressed animals, its efforts to protect swallows and swifts, its LPO refuges, participatory science programs, and the protection of harriers and birds of prey.
At the national level, the LPO and the Convention des entreprises pour le climat (CEC) have signed a partnership to mobilize businesses and support them in changing their practices to better preserve and restore biodiversity.
