France–Turkey match at Bordeaux stadium access by tram, shuttle and parking, Digi Mart USA News (Bordeaux, France): Fans planning to attend the France–Turkey match at the Stade Atlantique in Bordeaux should check their route before leaving home, particularly as kickoff approaches. Tram line C serves the Parc des Expositions stop, located near the stadium.
Passengers arriving on lines A and E can get off at Cenon Gare and take the stadium shuttle, while those on line B must change at La Cité du Vin. Depending on their departure point, the tram journey may require one transfer or none.
According to the TBM stadium access plan, the Cenon shuttle departs from cours Édouard-Vaillant, while the La Cité du Vin shuttle departs from rue Lucien-Faure. Transport tickets must be validated each time a passenger boards, including after a transfer.
These rules apply on the way to the stadium as well as when spectators leave. The TBM traffic information page can be checked for service updates before departure.
The French Football Federation ticketing service confirms the match on November 15 at 8:45 p.m. The information reviewed does not yet provide a specific shuttle schedule for this match.
Fans should therefore allow a comfortable margin for connections and should not assume a shuttle will leave immediately after the tram arrives.
Cycling and scooters can help riders avoid traffic congestion. Bordeaux Métropole estimates the ride at fifteen minutes from Ravezies and thirty minutes from Les Quinconces.
It gives twenty minutes from the center of Le Bouscat and twenty-five minutes from the center of Bruges. These are indicative times that depend on the starting point and each rider’s pace.
The return trip will take place at night, which should be considered when choosing a route.
For drivers, the approach direction determines which exit to use from the ring road. From the outer ring road, after the Pont d’Aquitaine, take exit 4a, marked “Stade Atlantique.” From the inner ring road on the Mérignac side, the Métropole recommends exit 6, “Bruges-Blanquefort,” then follow the signs to the stadium.
These access routes are not interchangeable.
Parking lot P5 can be accessed without a reservation, at the announced rate of 15 euros per car. For GPS navigation, the Métropole recommends entering “Parking P5 Stade Bordeaux Atlantique” to reach the correct entrance.
Parking there is free for motorized two-wheelers and for persons with reduced mobility who hold a valid permit. After the match, mandatory exit routes will distribute vehicles across several directions, so the return route may differ from the route used on arrival.
Fans without tickets are also expected to create heavy traffic. Bordeaux Métropole advises those without tickets to avoid the northern ring road and the Pont d’Aquitaine between 3 p.m.
and 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 15.
This recommendation applies well before the 8:45 p.m. kickoff, as supporters will gradually head toward the stadium, parking areas and shuttle stops.
Travelers crossing Bordeaux-Lac that afternoon may avoid the crowds by choosing a different route or departing at a different time.
