Bertrand wins 40th victory on Tout le monde veut prendre sa place, Digi Mart USA News (France): In the Tout le monde veut prendre sa place episode broadcast Tuesday, November 3, 2026, on France 2, champion Bertrand extended his winning run on the show. The contestant has gone undefeated since the start of his run.
Host Cyril Féraud presented a new edition of the program, following Chacun son tour, and welcomed back Bertrand, who had recently come close to elimination. Early in the broadcast, Bertrand shared new personal memories, revealing that he had princely neighbors as a child: the Grimaldi family, including Prince Rainier III of Monaco and then-Princess Caroline of Monaco, who owns a Renaissance château in the village of Marchais in Aisne, where Bertrand lived as a boy.
He said, “We even had a shared wall,” a remark that Féraud described as surprising.
Following that revelation, Féraud welcomed six new contestants for Bertrand’s latest appearance: Audrey, Laurent, Dominique, Belly, Béa and Antoine. After the rounds, Audrey qualified for the final with a score of 21 points in the “La compet'” segment, enough to defeat her three remaining opponents.
In the final, Bertrand chose the theme “Les calendriers” for his opponent and “Les séries britanniques” for himself. The champion did not achieve a full sweep this time but won the final 18 to 10 over Audrey.
With the victory, Bertrand recorded his 40th win on the show. Since taking the chair, he has never needed to negotiate and has not lost a challenge.
The program airs weekdays at 11:55 a.m. on France 2.
