Valhalla Cybersec and LOKI Bring Deception-Based Cyber Defense to Mexico, Digi Mart USA News (Mexico): Valhalla Cybersec has announced a strategic alliance with cybersecurity specialist LOKI to respond to increasingly sophisticated AI-driven cyberattacks and reduce the long periods attackers spend inside corporate networks.
During a meeting with channel partners and technology integrators, Jorge Morán, head of Public Relations, Communications and Marketing for Valhalla Cybersec, said the company combines strategic determination with proactive cyber defense architecture. Its mission centers on 24/7 continuous monitoring, aimed at protecting the most critical digital assets through early identification and treating security as a business enabler rather than a cost center.
Gabriela Szuster, CEO and co-founder of LOKI, presented the company’s technology, which uses deception techniques to reshape digital protection. Szuster said traditional signature-based tools are insufficient given the speed of current threats, and that the platform, deployed alongside Valhalla Cybersec, introduces dynamic traps and decoys that detect lateral movement before encryption or data theft occurs.
The offering includes Decept to PROTECT, a preventive intelligent deception system designed to interrupt the attack chain, and Decept to DEFEND, oriented toward active defense and automated response through precise countermeasures in real time. According to the company, the solution adds no operational burden to the security operations center because traps mutate automatically and integrate natively via API with existing SIEM, EDR and firewall systems.
“Each attacker touch becomes a precise signal to trigger a response before real impact occurs on the infrastructure,” Szuster said.
Sandra Mayorga, LOKI Regional Sales Director for Mexico and South America, outlined the offering’s differentiators, which include Precision Targeting to protect key assets, ultra-fast response times and compliance with international regulations. She invited attendees to begin adoption through proofs of concept deployed directly on end customers’ networks, which the company says can map infrastructure within days, design tailored decoys and trigger alerts from the first day of deployment.
“Proofs of concept allow the customer to verify in real time that the attacker is already inside, creating immediate conviction that helps the channel close high-value deals,” Mayorga said.
On commercial terms, the alliance is supported locally by Valhalla Cybersec. Integrators and wholesalers can register opportunities under a protected scheme to secure margins on subscriptions, and generate recurring revenue by selling managed implementation and operation services.
Partners also receive technical and commercial enablement, value-demonstration support and direct local assistance to meet growing demand for cyber defense in sectors including banking, fintech, government, retail, logistics, manufacturing and energy.
