Rogel is an industrial and systems engineer and holds postgraduate studies in business administration. Throughout his career at Daimler Truck México, he has gained experience in a range of functions before taking on the leadership of the plant.
In his new position, he will be responsible for leading manufacturing operations as well as the plant’s support areas. His main responsibilities include promoting safety, maintaining quality standards and strengthening continuous improvement processes.
