The pope invites them to reflect on the pastoral follow-up to his visit.

In the letter, the pope also draws attention to Catholic education, recalling its educational project centered on Christ and oriented toward the integral development of the person. He encourages the bishops to listen to and form younger generations.

The pope further asks bishops to make known the saints of yesterday and today, particularly to catechumens and neophytes, and to continue supporting people who have been victims of sexual violence and coercive control.

Writing a little over a month after his apostolic journey to France, the pope renewed his gratitude for the remarkable organization of his visit. He thanked bishops and faithful, as well as civil and religious authorities, and people of faith or not, who used their skills to make those days an unforgettable experience.
