Memphis Grizzlies vs Oklahoma City Thunder preview, Digi Mart USA News (Memphis, Tennessee): The Memphis Grizzlies (6-2) and Oklahoma City Thunder (6-2) meet Friday, Nov. 6, at 7:00 p.m. CST at FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee.

It is the first of four matchups between the teams in the 2026-2027 season.

Last season, the Thunder won the season series 4-0. The Grizzlies have a 35-77 all-time regular-season record against the Pacers, including 22-34 at home and 13-43 on the road.

Game coverage is available on DAZN, WATN ABC24 (Memphis) and KSBI Channel 52 (Oklahoma). Radio broadcasts are carried on 92.9 FM and 680 AM in Memphis and 98.1 FM in Oklahoma.

The Grizzlies are entering the season with a largely new roster. Ja Morant, Jaren Jackson Jr.

and Desmond Bane are all playing for other teams. Memphis has built around a young core that includes No. 3 pick Cameron Boozer, 2024 No. 9 pick Zach Edey, 2025 No. 11 pick Cedric Coward and 2024 No. 39 pick Jaylen Wells, with veteran guard Ty Jerome running the offense.

The Thunder finished last season with a 64-18 record, the best in the league. They were eliminated by the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Finals.

This offseason, Oklahoma City drafted Aday Mara with the 12th pick and Bennett Stirtz with the 16th pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.

The Thunder also traded Lugentz Dort and Aaron Wiggins to the Atlanta Hawks and Isaiah Joe to the Detroit Pistons. They re-signed Isaiah Hartenstein and Kenrich Williams and gave Cason Wallace a contract extension.

Memphis most recently lost 107-103 to the Indiana Pacers. Grizzlies head coach Tuomas Iisalo said after that game: “Well, some of our passes were late and that allowed their pressure defense, then, to put two on the ball, but cut off their passing lanes, some of them were those.

Others were directly off the dribble that we didn’t handle their ball pressure that well, and we certainly didn’t use it against them well enough.”

Betting lines at publication: Memphis +4.5 (-114), Oklahoma City -4.5 (-106). The total is 223.5 points (over -110, under -110).
