Charles Doré Star Academy relationship with dancer Emma, Digi Mart USA News: Charles Doré is not a man on the market, and that has been known for some time. In 2025, when releasing his first single, the Star Academy semifinalist revealed that he had found love upon leaving the château.

“I have a girlfriend,” he shyly told M Radio.

A year later, the singer of “Un moment avec toi” spoke again about his love life on Flashback, broadcast Friday, November 6 on CStar. Less “panicked” than before about raising the subject, Doré recalled his instant attraction to Emma, a former dancer for Kamel Ouali.

“We saw each other on a prime-time show. We hadn’t even spoken.

She was stretching and I, as I usually do, was being silly. She was doing a split and I said, ‘I can do the split too.’ And I hurt myself… But it made them laugh,” he recalled.

Doré did not stop at that first encounter. After clowning around to attract Emma’s attention, the season 12 semifinalist asked the program’s coordinators to find her Instagram account.

“I told them to send it to me on my Instagram so that when I leave and get my phone back, I follow her right away,” he explained.

However, Emma got to the first step first. When Doré retrieved his phone after leaving the Star Academy, he intended to message her, only to discover that the dancer had already reached out.

“After that, we never left each other,” he told Nathalie Dartois.

Doré’s time at the château was also marked by tensions with some fellow academy members, particularly Maurine. Speaking on Flashback, he said the two did not always get along.

“I come from the countryside and I have a certain way of speaking. If I need to tell someone I’m not happy, I’ll do it… but not with the right words,” he explained.

That naturalness, which led to him being corrected by the production, did not sit well with Maurine. “There were some clashes, […] sometimes a little strong,” Doré acknowledged, briefly describing the strongest conflict between them: “It went a bit off the rails.” The tensions have since eased, and the two are now described as close friends.
