CDMX mayor approval ranking November 5 2026, Digi Mart USA News (Mexico City): GobernArte, a Mexican public opinion firm, has published a new public opinion survey measuring government approval of the mayors of Mexico City. The survey, according to the publisher, polled residents across all 16 boroughs to assess how they rate the performance of their local municipal governments.

The publisher’s ranking, dated November 5, 2026, shows Alessandra Rojo de la Vega, mayor of Cuauhtémoc, in first place with 63.9% approval. According to GobernArte, the first four positions are all above 60%, while the lowest-ranked boroughs register between 40.4% and 41.8%.

GobernArte also highlighted the three best-positioned women mayors in the overall results. Rojo de la Vega ranks first in that group as well as in the general ranking.

Among other top-performing mayors, the publisher named Janecarlo Lozano in second place overall, Javier López Casarín in third and Fernando Mercado Guaida in fourth, with all three above 60% approval.

The survey used stratified random sampling, according to the publisher, and selected respondents with the help of Odiseo, an application that uses artificial intelligence to account for demographic and geographic factors relevant to representativeness. Data were collected through digital questionnaires.

The population surveyed consisted of Mexican residents of each borough who are of legal age and hold a valid voter ID. GobernArte states that it designed, ordered and financed the survey.

The findings are the publisher’s own and have not been independently verified by Digi Mart USA News.
