On November 2, the Normandy Region also voted €50,000 for Hérouville Auto and €52,687 for La Blanchisserie d’Alençon.

Alu Steel France is a limited liability company (SARL) founded in 1998. According to the Sirene business register, its main activity is the manufacture of metal structures and parts of structures.
Its headquarters are located in the industrial zone of Évreux, in the Eure department. Florent Masne is its manager.
The grant it received comes from the Just Transition Fund. This European Union fund aims to mitigate the economic and social impact of the ecological transition in regions where industry emits the most CO2.
The aid finances two laser cutting machines, one for sheets and one for tubes. It also covers a profile bending machine and a sheet rolling machine, both numerically controlled.
Hérouville Auto received an interest-free loan under the Impulsion Proximité scheme, intended to take over the business assets of Lubin Automobiles. The scheme targets small Normandy businesses with fewer than 50 employees, for investments, cash needs or takeovers.
During this session, it supported eleven Normandy companies with a total of €388,929 in interest-free loans.
The amount granted corresponds to the maximum of this loan without guarantee. For a takeover, it is repayable over six years at most, after a deferral of up to one year, according to the scheme’s rules.
The Agence de développement pour la Normandie reviews the files before they are examined by the standing committee.
Hérouville Auto was created in April 2026 and is listed in the Sirene register under the sale of cars and light motor vehicles. Its headquarters are on rue Léon-Foucault in Hérouville-Saint-Clair, at the same address as Lubin Automobiles.
Jérémy Brunet chairs the company, with Anthony Eude as chief executive.
Lubin Automobiles, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) founded in 2004 that had 6 to 9 employees in 2024 according to Insee, is chaired by Éric Lubin.
La Blanchisserie d’Alençon, in the Orne department, will acquire a Pullman 90 kg barrier washer. The Region’s aid is part of a €203,579 envelope shared among seven social and solidarity economy organizations.
The Region describes the structure as an integration enterprise through economic activity.
The local authority justifies the purchase by growing demand from local customers. It expects increased production capacity and optimized flow organization.
According to the Region, separating clean and soiled linen strengthens hygiene.
