Casavo real estate network acquisitions in France, Digi Mart USA News (France): Following its acquisition of Weloge in Marseille, Casavo is targeting up to ten new integrations of real estate networks in France in 2027. The group is seeking experienced teams that are well established locally.
Arthur Rollin, France managing director of Casavo, said the company has integrated four real estate networks in Italy since the start of the year and is now pursuing the same strategy in France. The proptech firm wants to build on teams already established in their territories, including their advisers and knowledge of the local market.
Weloge has 25 real estate advisers and a particularly strong presence in Marseille. With this deal, Marseille becomes Casavo’s third-largest location in France, and the group plans to open an office there as early as 2027.
“With this first acquisition in France, we are opening a new phase of growth for Casavo, with the aim of accelerating consolidation significantly in 2027,” Rollin said. Weloge’s founder, Dominique de St Laurent, is joining Casavo as an ambassador and trainer, a role intended to retain the skills of acquired networks and put them at the service of the group’s development.
For future acquisitions, Casavo is looking for independent networks with a solid local footprint, experienced advisers and a service approach compatible with its own. The goal is both to expand its presence in France and to bring together professionals who already know their sector.
The group relies on sharing costs and tools, including property marketing, a digital platform, operational support and technology investment. Casavo’s analysis is that advertising distribution costs and equipment needs weigh on independent networks in a market that remains uncertain.
“For many independent networks, continuing to invest alone in technology, marketing and development is becoming increasingly difficult,” Rollin said. “Our ambition is to offer them an alternative: joining a player capable of pooling these investments while preserving their local expertise and their closeness to clients.”
Casavo is part of a wider trend of consolidation among real estate networks, illustrated this year by the integration of BL Agents into We Invest France. To support its growth, Casavo is also changing how it pays its advisers, announcing an increase of nearly 20% in the commission levels passed on to its agents.
Compensation can reach 70% of fees, with no monthly charges payable by the advisers.
Advisers have access to a platform developed by Casavo, marketing tools and operational support. The group is also investing in artificial intelligence features designed to automate certain administrative tasks, simplify transaction tracking and manage client relationships.
The aim is to free up time for prospecting and for supporting sellers and buyers.
Casavo now has nearly 180 real estate advisers in France and reports activity growth of about 20% per year over the past two years. The group has recently expanded its presence to Toulouse, Strasbourg and Vienne, and its Toulouse team already includes nearly ten advisers.
