GTA 6 PS5 Pro enhancements leak, Digi Mart USA News: News about GTA 6 is becoming more frequent as the game’s November 19 release approaches, with pre-loading opening November 10 and pre-orders already breaking records.
A user of the Reddit forum GamingLeaksAndRumours claims to have seen a page on the official PlayStation France website listing GTA 6 upgrades for the PS5 Pro. The page has since been removed, and the Reddit post has also disappeared.
Neither Sony nor Rockstar has responded, and the publisher was unable to view the page, so the information remains unconfirmed. The game already carries the “PS5 Pro Enhanced” badge on the PlayStation Store, but Sony has not detailed the improvements.
According to the post, the page mentioned two improvements. Those two points are the main selling arguments of the PS5 Pro since its launch.
However, the page reportedly did not mention 60 FPS or a possible 40 FPS mode, which many players had hoped for.
PSSR and ray tracing place their load on the graphics chip, while the PS5 Pro’s processor, an AMD Zen 2, remains very close to that of the standard PS5. In an open world as demanding as GTA 6, the processor is the main limit on smoothness.
