La Poste apprenticeship recruitment of 195 postal carriers in Île-de-France 2027, Digi Mart USA News (Île-de-France, France): La Poste is recruiting apprentice mail carriers for its Île-de-France mail facilities as part of preparation for a Professional Title. In 2027, 195 postal carriers will be recruited on an apprenticeship basis across the region.
For the next intake, scheduled for January 2027, 65 positions are offered in Île-de-France, including 12 in Val-d’Oise, 33 in Paris, 8 in Seine-et-Marne and 12 in Seine-Saint-Denis. The carrier is central to the relationship of proximity and trust between La Poste and its customers.
The role is evolving. In addition to mail delivery, carriers perform a range of local service tasks that develop relational skills and versatility in the job.
To be eligible for the training, candidates must hold at least a lower secondary qualification (level 3) and a category B driving licence. There is no age limit.
Over the seven months of training, apprentices alternate between theoretical instruction with partner training centre Formaposte and practical professional periods within a mail facility. The intake date is 18 January 2027, and the registration deadline is 20 November 2026.
