Delfina Gómez approval rating Demoscopia Digital ranking, Digi Mart USA News (Toluca, Mexico State): Citizen approval of Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez continues to rise, reaching 67.7 percent in October 2026. That figure placed her third in the National Governors Ranking published by the polling firm Demoscopia Digital.
The result represents a two-point increase from September, when she recorded 65.7 percent. It consolidates an upward trend in the evaluation of her administration over the past three years.
According to the firm’s records, the approval of the Mexico State governor has grown steadily each October, rising from 63.8 percent in 2023 to 65.1 percent in 2024, then 65.8 percent in 2025, and 67.7 percent in October 2026.
Key priorities of her administration include social programs, infrastructure projects, mobility and security strategies. Social initiatives highlighted include Mujeres con Bienestar and Canastas Alimentarias, as well as scholarships for students with strong academic performance.
On infrastructure, a central project is the Plan Oriente, developed in coordination with the Government of Mexico led by President Claudia Sheinbaum. The strategy includes works and actions in public transportation, roads, health, education, housing and public services to address the needs of municipalities in the eastern region of Mexico State.
The state government also continues work to improve connectivity and services for residents through mobility and infrastructure modernization projects.
The October evaluation places Delfina Gómez among the state governors with the highest approval levels in the country, according to the results released by Demoscopia Digital. The figures reflect an increase in public perception compared with previous years’ measurements.
