Yan Diomandé, USA News (France): Real Madrid delivered an impressive performance at El Sardinero against Racing Santander, featuring notable goals and a standout display from midfielder Yan Diomandé. Following successful goals from Kylian Mbappé via penalty and Jude Bellingham, the Ivorian player contributed a third goal around the half-hour mark with a magnificent strike.
During the 36th minute of the match, a Real Madrid corner kick was cleared away by the Racing defensive line, sending the ball directly toward Diomandé positioned outside the penalty area. Without hesitation, he unleashed a powerful right-footed volley that sailed straight into the top corner past goalkeeper Agirre.
Capitalizing on Opportunities
Diomandé has been making the most of his consecutive starts, which followed a four-match suspension for teammate Vinicius. The former Leipzig player is currently enjoying a strong run of confidence, displaying his capabilities on the pitch during each appearance.
With this latest remarkable goal, Yan Diomandé has reached a total of five goals for the current season, which includes four goals scored in La Liga competition. This ongoing scoring form further solidifies his position within the Real Madrid starting lineup.
