Racist stickers placed on La France insoumise office in Pontarlier, Doubs, Digi Mart USA News (Pontarlier, Doubs, France): Militants of La France insoumise discovered three racist stickers stuck to the windows of their office in Pontarlier, Doubs, on Saturday, October 31. Surveillance cameras identified a person who acted during the night of Friday to Saturday, and a complaint has been filed, according to France 3 Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and confirmed by BFM.
The stickers feature racist and hateful slogans. One reads “White lives matter,” a phrase used by white supremacists to denounce the Black Lives Matter movement.
Another sticker reads “Nos emblèmes contre leurs blasphèmes” (Our emblems against their blasphemies) and links to websites selling items such as an OAS flag, referring to the far-right terrorist Secret Army Organization, and a Confederate flag.
Kaïna Auray, an insoumise activist who frequents the office, denounced the material in an Instagram video. “This ultranationalist and identitarian propaganda has no place in our premises.
It is a place for activism, meetings and debate. It is not a playground for those who think they can humiliate,” she said.
Speaking to BFM, Auray said similar stickers had already been placed during the March 2026 municipal elections. A complaint was filed at that time but did not lead to any follow-up.
“There is a totally uninhibited racism. We are two racialized women who frequent the office and we clearly feel threatened,” said Auray, who said she has been insulted repeatedly online and on the street.
