November SSI check, USA News (Georgia): The Social Security Administration has published its 2026 payment schedules online to assist beneficiaries with budgeting. Regular Social Security retirement benefits will follow the standard distribution timeline in November.
According to the official schedule, payments are issued on specific dates based on birth ranges: beneficiaries with birth dates between the first and 10th of the month will receive payments on Nov. 11. Those with birth dates between the 11th and the 20th will receive disbursements on Nov. 18, while individuals born between the 21st and the 31st of the month will be paid on Nov. 25.
Supplemental Security Income checks follow a separate calendar established by the SSA. While these checks are normally sent on the first of the month, they are disbursed early if the first falls on a weekend or a holiday. For instance, checks were scheduled to be sent early on Friday, Oct. 30, because the first of November falls on a weekend.
Additionally, the Social Security Administration previously anticipated announcing the 2027 cost-of-living adjustment on Wednesday, Oct. 14. Social Security and Medicare analysts noted to USA Today that the historical average stands at 2.6%, with a prior estimate reaching 3.4% subject to shifts in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W).
Beneficiaries in Georgia seeking local assistance can access offices in more than 30 cities across the state. Recipients are able to use the office locator tool on the Social Security website by entering their ZIP code to check operating hours, contact numbers, and available services.
